SAFA PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM

Clubs can now download the Player Registration Form from the Web Site. You will find it in the File Downloads section of the Club Resources Section on the left hand side of the Home Page.

The file is in "PDF" format and requires you to have Adobe Reader on your computer. This is a free programme which many will already have. If you need to download Adobe Reader you can get it at: http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/reader/
